The price is 30 cuc per day for the whole property during high season (nov-apr) and 25 cuc per day during low leason (all the other months, excluding the Santiago Carnival, which takes place every year in the end of July). The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as airport/bus terminal pick-up, break-fast and laundry are available on request for an additional fee.

The landlady is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
