This Villa has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms with hot water 24/7 and an enormous garden with fruit trees where the swimming-pool, the ranchon and the BBQ facilities are located.

The price for the whole Villa is 400 cuc per night. In case one person wants it all for himself the price is 250 cuc, using only one bedroom. If two bedrooms only are used, then the price is 300 cuc.

Cuban guests allowed.

On top of the 10% commission for yourcasaparticular.com, the landlord wants the first night to be paid to him upfront at the time of booking.

The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Additional services include breakfast, laundry are offered for a small extra fee.

The Landlord is fluent in English and Spanish.
