The Casa Particular is located just a couple of blocks from the famous Malecon Habanero. The accommodation is actually a penthouse, located on the rooftop of Rafael's house, who lives in the same building with his wife and daughters. This means that the guest will have total privacy while being able to rely on Rafael's help and tips in case of need.

Due to its ubication, this Casa Particular is fresh even during the hot cuban summer nights. Should the breeze coming from the Carribean Sea fail to provide enough freshness to Rafael's guests, air-con will make up for it.

This Casa Particular has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower and hot water 24 hours a day), kitchen and a living room.
The price is 25cuc per day for the whole penthouse. The price includes cleaning and changing of bedsheets and towels. For a little extra charge Rafael can provide breakfast and laundry services. The daughters of the landlord are fluent in Spanish and English. Difficoult to find a cheaper independent flat in the Cuban capital.

Cuban guests are welcome, but ID identification is required.
