The price is 25 cuc per day per flat during high season (nov-april) and 20 cuc per day per flat during low season (all the remaining months excluding the Santiago Carnival which takes place in the end of July). The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as breakfast and laundry are available on request for an additional fee.

The landlord is fluent in English and Spanish.
