The price is 20 cuc per day for the whole property during low season, while the price goes up to 25 cuc per night during high season. Substancial discounts can be negotiated for long-term stays. The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry and airport pick-up are available on request for an additional fee.

The landlady is fluent in English and Spanish.
