Indipendent Casa Particular in the Vista Alegre, by far the most elegant district in Santiago de Cuba.

This Casa Particular is made up of 2 independent apartments. One flat is on the ground floor. The other flat is on the first foor. Both apartments have similar characteristics: each flat has 1 bedroom (with air-conditioning) and 1 bathroom (shower and hot water 24 hours a day), kitchen, livingroom and terrace.

Maximum privacy guaranteed. Cuban guests are allowed.

The price is 25 cuc per day per flat during high season (nov-apr) and 20 cuc per day per flat during low leason (all the other months, excluding the Santiago Carnival, which takes place every year in the end of July). The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as airport/bus terminal pick-up, breakfast and laundry are available on request for an additional fee.

The landlady is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
