Each flat has 1 bedroom (with air-conditioning), 1 bathroom (hot water h24), kitchen and livingroom. Both flats share a common patio.

Maximum privacy. Cuban guests are allowed.

The price is 35 cuc per day for each flat throughout the year.

The price includes cleaning, bedsheets and towels. Extra services such as breakfast, laundry, airport pick-up and parking facilities are offered for an extra fee.
