This independent apartment is located in Calle Obispo, just opposite to the legendary Floridita, one of Ernest Hemingway's favourite spots in Havana. Very close to la Catedral, Parque Central, la Bodeguita del Medio and the Capitolio.

This Casa Particular has 2 bedrooms (with air-conditioning), 1 bathroom (shower and hot water 24 hours a day), livingroom and a fairly large balcony from which the guest can observe Obispo's hustling and bustling.

Total privacy is guaranteed. Cuban guests are allowed.

The price is 35 cuc per night for the small room and 40 cuc per night for the large room (which has a balcony). Both rooms share the same restroom. If someone books the whole flat the price is 70 cuc per night. However, if a single tourist wants the whole flat, having access to one bedroom only, the price is 50 cuc per night. The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as breakfast and laundry are offered for an extra fee.

The landlord is fluent in English and Spanish.
