The landlord lives a few blocks away, so total privacy is guaranteed. Cuban guests are welcome at anytime.

The price is 30 cuc per day for each room, all year around. If one wants to rent the whole Casa Particular, using both rooms, then the price is 60 cuc per night. The price includes cleaning. Towels and bedsheets are changed every 2-3 days, depending on the customer desire. Airport pick-up service available on request.
