The landlady lives next door and she is always ready to provide help and guidance to her guests. Cuban guests allowed.

The price is 25 cuc per day for the whole property during high season (nov-april) and 20 cuc per day during low season (all the remaining months). The price includes cleaning, towels and bedsheets. Extra services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, airport/bus terminal pick-up and laundry are available on request for an additional fee.
