Independent beach house located in La Boca, a wonderful beach still unspoiled by mass tourism and residential developement. La Boca is just 4 km away from Trinidad city centre.

This apartment has 1 bedroom (with air-conditioning), 1 bathroom (hot water h24), kitchen, livingroom and terrace. Moreover, Elsa rents out 2 independent rooms with private bathrooms and private access for tourists. All the guests share the same terrace.

Total Privacy. Cuban guests are allowed.

The price is 25 cuc per day for each bedroom and for the flat during high season (nov-apr and jul-aug) and 20 cuc per day during low season (all the remaining months).

The price includes cleaning, fresh towels and bed-sheets. Additional services include laundry and breakfast which are delivered for a small extra fee.

The Landlord is fluent in Spanish and English.
