The price is 80 cuc per night for the whole flat. However, if a tourist wants only one room, the price goes down to 50 cuc per night (the other bedroom will be locked). It is also possible to rent only one room for 40 cuc per night, in which case the Landlord can rent the other room to other tourists. In this scenario, all tenants will share the bathroom and other common areas of the flat. The price includes cleaning, bedsheets and towels.
